Calming Yoga Class Workshop

Are you new to yoga? Been attending class for a while but want to learn more about the movement we do?

This Calming Yoga Class Workshop will give you clarity and confidence around some of the asana postures that we see regularly in class. In a relaxed environment we will have the time to explore postures, props and how to use them, share experiences and adjustments to suit your body. If you attend class you will know that my teaching style is more vocal cueing as I believe yoga to be a very personal journey and there is nothing like it when a movement suddenly clicks! That ah moment! But if you feel you struggle with vocal cues and would like to be able to discuss the "moves" a little more then this is the experience for you. 

The day will begin with a gentle warm up and then we will explore postures, enjoy a light homemade lunch which will be provided, delve into our breathing practice and finish the day with a relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga Nidra.
