calming yoga classes

in person weekly classes (4 weekly block)

this specially created class is designed to nourish the mind, body and soul on a deeper level. in a calming environment with warm, lighting, organic essential oil fragrance and soothing music. you will be guided through gentle stretches awakening the body and releasing any tension held within. this slower paced movement helps us connect to the breath and prepares us for savasana, where a guided relaxation will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress hormones, calm activity in the brain and slow the heart rate. the perfect state for the breath work that follows. the most essential part! breath is life! the modern world has forgotten how important the breath is and how to breathe correctly. changing the pattern of your breath changes the energy within giving you the power to transition to a calmer and more restful state.

learning techniques that you can use anywhere any time! for the classes you will be required to wear comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga, mat and blanket.
